FOUNDER LAKES & ENVIRONMENTS

Dan has many years of experience working with water and the environment in the lake, landscape, and water treatment industries.

 

Dan’s interest in lakes and water quality began in college while competitively water skiing on lakes throughout California that had algae, vegetation, and water quality issues. Following college, Dan took a position with a Bay Area company in lake management to continue his study of lakes and the environments they exist in. After many years and experience in several related industries, Dan decided to form Lakes and Environments so he could return to working directly on lake projects with clients.

 

Dan loves water; whether working, playing, or protecting it as our most important resource.

  • Qualified Applicator (QAL)

  • Active Treatment System Certified Operator – Inactive

  • Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) - Inactive

Stuart Perry

AQUATIC BIOLOGIST & PESTICIDE CONTROL ADVISOR

Stuart joined Lakes and Environments at the beginning of 2018.  Stuart is a recognized industry leader with more than 30 years of lake management experience including 15 years of operating his own company.   Stuart’s technical and historical knowledge of lake systems throughout Northern CA is a true asset. 

  • Aquatic Biologist – San Diego State - Master’s Aquatic Plant Biology/Ecology

  • ​Qualified Applicator (QAL)

  • Pesticide Control Advisor (PCA)

Stuart and Dan’s professional relationship began as collaborators in the early 2000’s and they have worked together since.
